Suggest Remedies For Scars On My Toes Caused By Blisters

I have unsightly scars on my toes from blisters caused by wearing tight heels or shoes that scrunch my toes... aside from a wardrobe change, how can I get rid of the scars. I have tried Mederma and similar products, but none have been successful. Please help.
