Suggest Remedies For Recurring Stabbing Pain In The Chest With Breathlessness

I m 13, in the past couple days my heart has been hurting, on and off. It feels like someone is stabbing me. One day it hurt so bad and I started having trouble breathing. Then I started balling. I want to know if there is anything I can/should do to make these go away.

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such pain is not a heart caused issue. Most likely you suffer from a rib nerve irritation. If so, the pain gets more intense when you breathe and less when the chest is not moving.
Heart pain is rather burning and radiating to the left arm or jaw.
The reason of rib nerve irritation very often remains unknown. However physical activity and physical therapy may greatly help.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
