General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The reasons for the non responding cold may be the it is eosinophilic, allergic with allergen continuing, etc.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenylefrine, citrizine, and diethylcarbamazine citrate.
Avoid taking fruits, juices, ice cream, ice water etc.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
