General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You need to correct the way you eat and drink your food/drinks. Early in the morning, try to drink a cup of warm water with a teaspoon of apple vinegar and a bit of honey.

That will ease your flatulence. Plus, ask your doctor to run a fecal analysis and culture to rule out candida overgrowth.

Try to drink lukewarm water instead of cold/ice water. Avoid carbonated/soft drinks.

And please send to me a copy of the exam results you have to see the changes myself.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
