Suggest Remedies For Recurrent Stomach Pain With Nausea And Chest Pain

Hello Doctor, I am a 21-year old male. Actually, it has been more than 2 years since I ve been suffering from slight stomach problems, like bloating, nausea, vomiting, etc. But the problems would stay for 1-2 days and go after slight home remedies or medicines. I thought this was a minor case of acidity. But this time, it has been more than 20 days since I ve suffered from nausea, bloating. I even didn t eat anything for the first 2 days. I haven t vomited even once during this period but the tendency is very high. With some medications, the vomit tendency is quite low but problems like bloating after eating, rapid heartbeat (now almost everytime), heartburn, chest pain, feeling uneasy in the throat are still left and seem to come and go. Do you think there is something seriously wrong with me or is it just a case of overstress as my doctor puts it? Let me please inform you that the amount of bilirubin is high in my test report, but jaundice is not seen. Could you please help me? I am feeling more and more uncomfortable nowadays to go anywhere to eat or eat with others...

Thank you for posting your query.

history of heartburn , stomach pain, nausea, vomiting.
differential: GERD, gastritis, ulcer disease

needs further evaluation.
do;
H.pylori test
complete blood cell count test
liver function test (to rule out any hepatic pathology)

if the H.pylori test comes positive, then you might need eradication therapy.
meanwhile:
- take "Pantocid OR Nexium 40mg", once daily before breakfast.
- use two pillows under your head, when you lie down/sleep.
- eat your last mean 3 hours before going to bed
-Avoid spicy food, oil rich food,
- No smoking and NO alcohol.
- do NOT eat mouth full.
-no cold drinks and NO junk food
- eat more fruits especially those rich in vitamin C (citrus fruits)
- try to avoid drinking water at the end of a meal.

if any further questions, feel free to ask.
