my brother of age 19 yrs s suffering from fever for past two days aalso he had taken hifenac p tablet (2 tablets one at night and another n the nxt morning ,thing s that fever subsides soon after taking tablet and for 4-6 hours he s ok after that again fever sets in. what should i do

Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would like to suggest that you should get your brother clinically examined and investigated to know the cause of fever.
Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
2. Liver Function Test ( LFT ).
3. Urine examination.
4. Malarial antigen test.
You can continue giving him paracetamol 500mg three to four times a day for relief from fever.
Further medical management can be planned after knowing the reports of the above mentioned investigations.
