In may 2016 i was hospitalize for DVT problem, then i discharge after 10days, and continuous with acitrom 5-6mg, but after 15 days from discharge date one day on 27 june pain started during stool pass 1st time , i ignore that, and make a trip for my home town,and then come back delhi then i was full of pain and bleeding, my Dr. Check and also refer to a surgeon to check condition, and both write medicine Ornof and tube Smuth , after 15 days i was feeling better and started normal life,one day in my office party i eat pizza and col drink, then again pain and bleeding start, now total three month gone, i also taking Ayurveda treatment ,and continues with ornof and smuth, but due to itching in surrounding skin2-3 painfull ulcer come out, and its very pain full, last three days i also start my sugar medicine, today less pain in outer ulcer and also in my piles but during pass stool , more bledding without pain pls suggest what should a take.
