Suggest Remedies For Rash Like Itchy Pimples On Stomach And Back

my grandson has a rash like little pimples over his stomach and back its itchy nothing his mum has used is different its all the same any help would be appreciated. carol

I really appreciate your concern, this seems to be allergic condition and it can be managed with Diphenhydramine lotion on initial stage and if this fails to bring the result then oral antihistamine can be tried and best would be Levocetirizine else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
