Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
In my opinion, you are suffering from Urticaria (Hives). It is an allergic reaction to a drug or a food or environmental changes. Try to find out the cause and avoid the causative agent along with an antihistamine. As your symptoms do not improve with Fexofenadine, you can add another antihistamine after consulting with your Dermatologist. You can apply Calamine lotion on itchy areas.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Siva Subramanian
You are taking the right treatment but you are still being exposed to the substance that is triggering it.
You should identify the substance, or drug, or something else that causes it and eliminate it. This is why it doesn't go.
