Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly . @ Polyps in gall bladder are benign lesions They don`t respond to any of the medicines ( Udiliv may be prescribed for other reason but it is having no effect at all on polyp of gall bladder ) @ This is an accidental finding on routine ultra sound scan, so I presume there are no symptoms @ The only remedy of cure is Surgical removal of whole gall bladder that is Cholecystectomy . @ Recommendations for you : - no need of any emergency surgery right now as it is having no symptoms - keep intake of fat containing items in diet as less as possible to lessen the possible chances of cholecystitis - keep regular watch on the size of polyp by sequential ultrasounds every 6 monthly & keep record of it - if increase in size considerably / other symptoms appear as vomiting , pain jaundice or else can think of surgery later on if required .
