Suggest Remedies For Persistent Metallic Taste In The Mouth, Cough And Cold

Hi 2 weeks ago I had a cold and I haven t gotten over it. No I feel really heavy in the chest and very wheezy. I can feel a crackling sound in my throat every time i take a breath. It is the worst in the mornings. When i cough I can taste a metallic taste in my mouth but the mucus is clear. I have been using Ventolin for 3 days and it helps a little but I cant get rid of the symptoms. I went to the doctors and they said my chest is clear.

Are you taking any other medicines such as antibiotics, Clarithromycin (Biaxin) or Metronidazole (Flagyl) blood pressure medications, such as Captopril (Capoten) glaucoma medications, such as Methazolamide (Neptazane) osteoporosis medications? Get an x ray of d sinuses? Sinusitis can also alter taste sensation and give you a metallic taste in mouth. Meet a physician with the reports and higher antibiotics will be prescribed.
