General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi dear thanks for writing to Healthcare Magic!!
You need urgent investigation X ray abdomen and CT scan to check the fracture and any internal damage, so i advise it to do that immediately also do not lift any heavy object, it may worsen the matter.Bed rest if possible and take Tab Hifenac P for pain relief and Analgesic ointment on affected area, take tab pantocid for gastric troubles and tab loperamide for diarrhoea but X ray and scan are the priority.
Hope this information helps you
Thanks and regards
