Your rt. testis may be smaller by birth for which nothing wrong can be done. It will not pose any problem. Regarding your semen left inside after masturbation, it appears that during masturbation you have a feeling of sin and you leave the act in between so that semen continue to flow afterwards for sometime.This is normal at this age.
