Suggest Remedies For Pain In Right Arm And Shoulder Post An Injury

my wife fell while fishing a few days ago. her right arm and shoulder are still in pain. We have tried rubbing with icy hot and she has taken her tramadol and muscle relaxers but it still is very painful. She has pain when she moves the arm and can t seem to find a comfortable way to sleep.

itcanbe frozen shoulder. take xray of effected shoulder and consult physical rehabilitation doctor.physiotherapyis requered and if not cured then inj kenachort intrathecaly can be given. if improved then injection can be repeated.
