Suggest Remedies For Pain In Knees After I Heard A Pop
I was living a heavy box I lifted with my knees not my back but when I straightened my body I felt a pop and instant pain the only time it doesn t hurt is if I am sitting or if I m walking slowly what should I do I can t miss work or else I ll be fired?

looking at the history it seems like medial meniscal injury...(simply injured knee)
you can do an MRI scan of affected knee......meanwhile you should do the following
1) bed rest for 7 days
2) ice compresses
3) taking milk in diet
3) take painkillers like tablet diclofenac 50mg three times daily for 6 days
4) tab tizanidine 4mg three time daily
or can consult an orthopedic surgeon
