General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The swelling may be due to fracture or due to soft tissue injury. Need to get done X ray to rule out any fracture at the paining site.

For now restrict movements, take NSAID like ibuprofen with muscle relaxant like chlorzoxazone and if no external injury apply local analgesic spray. These will help you.

Feel free to discuss if any queries.

Regards
