General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Night fall is not an unusual phenomenon. It occurs in most men around your age.
It can be considered as normal physiological processes in which the body tries to discharge semen out, which happens during sleep.
Most of the time, it subsides by itself and does not require any medication.
Kindly relax your mind by doing meditation. Eat healthy food and drink good quantities of water. Avoid intake of spicy and oily foods. Pass urine during bedtime and avoid constipation by taking fibre rich diet.
Gradually, your symptoms should subside and you can overcome this problem.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
