Suggest Remedies For Malabsorption Problem And Diarrhea

I am female and 75 yrs old. When I was 33 I had 18 ft of small intestines removed in a procedure called a gut shortening . I lost alot of weight and things went well for years. I was 135 lbs 13 yrs ago. I now weigh 198 lbs. My concern is malabsorbtion problems due to daily diarrhea. How can I reduce and still get nutrients. Thank you for your consideration.

you have to take the supplements of deficiancyconsult the surgeon who has operated earlier there will be mal absorption problem bu tit can be managed by giving supplements.get test to detect any deficiency of vitamin mineral and protein carbohydrate and protein. take balanced diet and deficient electrolyte be taken.
