Radiation Oncologist 's  Response
Hello,

Are your knots increasing in size? Do they cause pain?

In order to know what they can be, it would be good to an ultrasound done of the neck to understand the nature and consistency of the knot and also a FNA or biopsy of the knot can be done, which is nothing but a sample is taken and visualized under the microscope to be certain about the nature of this knot.

However to be shown to a clinician to assess it and decide the investigations which I have suggested.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
