Suggest Remedies For Itchy Skin On Arms, Wrist, Elbows And Right Leg

I have a skin itch that won t stop. I have tried 1% hydrocortisone (sp), but it is not working. I have had this for several months. It is localized on both arms between my wrist and elbows and on my right leg just above my knee on the side. On my leg it looks like a rash cluster and they are raised and appear to be white. On my arms they are small red bumps, but not many and are bothersome because they itch.

I really appreciate your concern, it could be chronic condition of allergic disorders and it can be aggravated with emotional stress, if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Hydroxyzine 10 mg three times in day hope this information helps.
