Suggest Remedies For Itch In The Roof Of Mouth

I am 12 weeks pregnant and over the past week Ive developed a very itchy roof of my mouth - there are no white patches which I would expect if it was oral thrush, but there are some very small red bumps on the area of my mouth that I have been itching - could it be pregancy related and what can I do to stop it itching as it has started waking me up in the middle of the night?

commanly allery persons will have itching at roof of mouth.as in pregency allery medications are contraindicated u can take simple tab. avil 25mg at bed time.
