Suggest Remedies For Irregular Menstruation

Hi I m 22 yrs old and I m obese I always had irregular periods and I was taking primulit n only when I took the medicine I used to get my period and my last period was on March 17th.i recently got married and 10 days after my marriage I got my cycle without any medication.is my cycle becoming regular or is it just gonna be this month and later I m back to irregularity?

irregular menses may be due to hormonal imbalance and any pathological problem.first get a thyroid profile test and an ultrasound of whole abdomen done first.if,reports are normal then don't worry about menses irregularity.
but try to reduce your weight normal.
