Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of halitosis which seems to be due to sinus issues and dryness of oral mucosa.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist once and get complete examination done and start treatment accordingly. You should go for paranasal sinus X-ray done. Do not lay down immediately after having food. You should avoid intake of spicy and sharp food. Take antiseptic mouthwash rinses to avoid halitosis and do warm saline gargles on daily basis. Chew on sugar free candies to stimulate salivary flow.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
