General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. Although nothing seems serious as the tests have come back normal, I would suggest the following measures:
•     Eat smaller meals to allow your digestive tract to efficiently process your food
•     Chew your food thoroughly
•     Drink lots of water to promote hydration
•     Avoid gas-forming foods such as beer, cabbage, and carbonated drinks
•     Limit caffeine and tea.

Along with that, I suggest you take bulk-forming laxatives that will help with this complaint along with constipation. Also, take probiotics to enhance the digestion process.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Maninder, General & Family Physician
