Suggest Remedies For Frequent Urge To Urinate And Sensitivity In Clitoris

Hi, after much research, I believe I have nerve damage to my urethra - I have tested negative for UTIs and don't feel any pain, but do have the overwhelming urge to urinate even when I have just been. I am so uncomfortable. There is definitely a sense that it is linked with the clitoris, as this is hypersensitive to touch and we have been trying for a baby since Jan when this first started.
Is there any short term relief from this neurological discomfort, please?

* The frequent urge to urinate indicate possible inflammation which may not be detected on urine examination.
* The sensitivity of clitoris is sensory issue.
* My recommendations at present.

- drink more liquids.
- cranberry pills if no sensitivity to the same.
- keeping genitals clean with antiseptic liquid.
- deep breathing exercises and YOGA for best results.
