Suggest Remedies For Extreme Hair Fall

Hi I am 35 year old and I am losing my hair too much. It keeps dropping off as Much as I touch it. I tried different antidandruff shampoo and steroid use. Nothing works. blood test for thyroid are normal. It gets worse when I use conditioner but my hair is so frizzy that I can t leave my hair without conditioner. Can you help Please?
