Suggest Remedies For Extreme Fatigue, Nausea, Dizziness And Sore Muscles

I have been feeling very fatiqued, nausea, dizzy and my muscles are killing me. I worked out for the first time 2 days ago and am very sore also. wondered if I I have a build up of lactic a cid. I feel like crap. I am a 57 yr old healthy woman, just passed 3 kidney stones 5 days ago. drinking 2 liters water a day

Hello,

I think you may need to do a total blood count and formula to check for possible iron deficiency anemia which may be causing the fatigue.

Remember to continuously drink lots of water and fluids to keep hydrated and also to help kidney stones not to be formed.

You can use anti-inflammatory drugs such as Advil or acetaminophen for pain relief.
