Hello and welcome to the Healthcaremagic.com
I have read your query thoroughly.

* Sometimes a direct channel of bile from liver to intestines does cause excess
burping after gall bladder removal.
* Primary suggestions for the same

- Drink clear liquids at intervals.
- Consume soft, easily digestible diet at intervals.
- Avoid junk foods, dairy fat, high cholesterol items.

- Keep the stomach empty upto 25 % of satiety levels.
- Keep blood sugar, cholesterol, body weight under control.
- Intake of PPI as nexium or others on empty stomach once daily will help.

- Get a prescription of an ultrasound examination of abdomen & pelvis to
rule out other underlying biliary tract issues.

* For insulin compatibility have to consult with your treating physician only.

Wish you fine recovery.
Regards.
