hi sir iam 28 years old unmarried male,because of my bad friendship i learnt to do masturbation,iam doing it since my 8th standard till one month back totally 13 years some times everyday or some times on alternative days even some times twicw or thrise a day also,now i feel my penis becomes small and errection is very low ,during masterbasin sperm getting out too early,now iamrealising my mistake feel guilty for what i have done,my parents are planning for my marriage this timeplease advise me to get back to normal health and help me for my future doctor
