Suggest Remedies For Dizziness And Depression

Hi, I am a 32 year old male weighing 80 kgs and in 178cms. I have high levels of haemoglobin of 18.0 MCH is 32.1, I have dizziniess and feel less efficient mentally and physically kindly suggest how to overcome this i donate blood once in 6 months, last donation was on 1st june

hi..you had not provided PCV , MCV or MCHC, platelets, WBC ..etc..so incomplete report..
dizziness is associated with high Hb (polycythemia vera)..so first rule out it.
for 18 hemoglobin you must
1. do peripheral smear examination
2.serum erythropoitin level
3. ESR
after this if erythropoietin level is below normal go for
1.bonemarrow examination
2.JAK2 mutation
3. serum ferritin level
4. RFT ,LFT
if erythropoetin is normal then dont worry..
in my openion you must consullt hematologist or ask me after reports.
