urethral stricture, head injury, intracranial lesions, pre-existing increased intracranial pressure, acute abdominal conditions, intestinal
motility disorder and in patients who have undergone thoracotomies or laparotomies. Geriatric or debilitated patients. Severe renal or hepatic impairment, Pregnancy, Patient Counselling May impair ability to drive or operate machinery, Monitoring Parameters Monitor pain relief, resp and mental status, BP; signs of misuse, abuse, and addiction; signs or symptoms of hypogonadism or hypoadrenalism.

Frequent urination is a symptom associated with many pathological disorders so make an pelvic ultrasound exam and renal function test to ruled out any pathological conditions .
