Suggest Remedies For Constant Fever In A Baby

Hi, My baby boy (8.5 month old, 10 kgs weight) is having fever (100.2 F) I gave him crocine drops for infant (0.8 ml, ever 7 hours, 3 dosages). He is slightly fussy and his fever goes down to 98F after the drops and it once the effect of the medcine is gone, it returns to 100. Please let me know if I should be concerned and should vist a doctor. I have not given him a bath yesterday due to this reason.

Low grade fever on 2 occasions --responds to paracetamol but returns after a few hours ,should be wathched for a day .You can bathe your baby with silmple luke warm water ,like sponging him down and see what happens .feed him with fluids and look out for the following---amout of urine passed ,does he cry while he does so ,keep some light cotton clothes on .sometimes fever can be caused by heat alone and your baby is rather chubby with 10 kg at 8 months.if the fever still persists for another day and baby gets tired please take hml to a doctor who will examine him and get some tests done.
