Hi doctor ,I have a pcod problem ,my first delivery is censoring,before 3years ,1year before I didn t get period regular,but before three month I had my period on 45 days onces and this month starting tablet ova cc for become pregnant ,,,,,,,it s chance to get pregnant,,,,,would I get pregnant on this month ,,,,,,,,and another one question what is solution for pcod problem?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. PCOS is very complex disease and treatment response is variable. Ovanc CC is useful in induction in ovulation and help in conceiving. It increase 50% chance of become pregnant. Once your period become regular, chance of pregnancy will be more.

For PCOD, aim of treatment is correct the hormonal imbalance, decrease the insulin resistance, decrease weight.

Following drugs will be helpful:

- Progesterone pill in the luteal phase of the cycle to regularize the period

- Metformin to decrease the insulin resistance

- Continue Ovanac CCDo regular exercise and reduce 10 to 12% body weight

Take small frequent meal rather than large meal. Avoid excessive sweet and drink plenty of water.
