Suggest Remedies For Clogged Ear While On Allergy Medications

I have had pretty good nasal issues, ex. Runny nose and it dripping into my throat. I have been taking allergy medicine and I m now taking generic claritin. My issue I m having now is my right ear feels like I have fluid in it. How can I fix the ear issue?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If you are currently not using a decongestant with the claritin, then that should be added. This would help the runny nose, post nasal drip and may also have an effect on the ears as well.

It can take a few days to have an effect

If there is no improvement or any worsening of symptoms , however, this may mean that you have an infection in the ear which would require topical or oral antibiotics for treatment.

I hope this helps
