Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain blocked ears can occur due to causes like excess earwax accumulation,
ear infection,blocked eustachian tubes or
Eustachian tube dysfunction, fluid behind the
eardrum etc..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Otoscopy, x ray, MRI Scan can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done according to the confirmed cause..
-As of now you can start spraying decongestant nasal sprays in the ears like those containing
Xylometazoline or
Oxymetazoline..
-Chew a chewing gum as it helps in unclogging the ears..imes
-Pinch your nostrils and close your lips, and gently blow air, at times pressure difference generated helps in unclogging the ears..
-Avoid excess water exposure to ears like swimming..
-Avoid excess exposure to loud sounds..
-Do steam inhalations..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
