Suggest Remedies For Bloating And Gastric Trouble

hi docctor i fee gastric problem , i wake up from the sleep around 2.00am as i went to sleep around 12.20am. During the sleep time i feel some sadist kind of dream and when wake up i find my stomatch bloating, i cant even take breath. Please help me what to do ? - Prefer soft , light diet .
- Avoid oily , spicy , non veg stuffs .

- Proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole ( 20 ) mg morning and evening
before meals on empty stomach will relieve better .
- Keep stomach emtpy by 25 % of satiety level during major meals .
- Do not fast prolong or over eat .

- Keep head end of the bed elevated upto 30 degrees when sleeping
- Regular walking , exercises , YOGA recover faster .
- Avoid smoking , alcohol if using .
- Meditations to get better sound sleep of 6 - 7 hrs .
