Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

The cream that you have been using contains a potent topical steroid. It should not be used on face and never ever for acne.
Potent topical steroids give a false impression of improving acne, that is because they are antiinflammatory and thus decrease pain, redness and swelling of acne lesions.
Regular use of potent topical steroids is rather counterproductive.
Regular use of topical steroids would not only cause new acne lesions but would also cause other side effects like skin thinning, sun sensitivity, hirsutism in females etc.
Therefore I suggest you to discontinue it now.
Since you have been using it for more than a month, therefore your skin would be sensitive i.e it may feel dry, itchy and would be red and you may feel warm/ hot flashes on face.
It may get red easily on exposure to sun and there may also be an acne flare.
You must a use a broad spectrum sunscreen whenever outdoors, specially if you are moving to a warm, hot place, till your skin recovers back to normal.
An OTC sunscreen like Neutrogena, Garnier Or L'Oreal can be tried.
Regarding acne, I suggest specific antiacne topical preparations like clindamycin gel or nadoxin gel.
Oral antibiotics e.g either doxycycline or azithromycin, can be started in case you develop an acne flare. Oral antibiotics can be continued for 4-6 weeks.
You may use a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion,. twice daily.
I suggest you to visit a dermatologist in your region. Your dermatologist will assess the severity of yopur skin problem and advice accordingly.

Regards
