Suggest Remedies For A Small Pus Filled Bump On The Labia Minora

Hi dctr .. M 24 years .. Unmarried.. Since a week i noticed a small swelling on myabia minora.. N whole labia minora was swollen n it came out frm majora n i was not able to sit or walk properly.. Aftr 5 days it opend of its own n skight blood came out.. Stil its not compltly draind.. Daily wen i press n remove a bit.. Comprrd to last week pain is reduced but stil i hav some pain n kind of irritation.. I used to get pimple over that area frequently in last one year. Wen consultd dctr she told its heat boil. Wat i can do to reliev from it? I took antifngal n a course f antibiotics.. Its major condition? Tensed a lot. Pls help

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
What problems you are encountering with boil on labia could be an inflammation of the skin and tissue underneath it.
Kindly do the following to overcome it.
1. Wash the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
2. Apply Neomycin cream over the lesion twice daily after drying.
3. Take Tablet. Levocetirizine once a day to control itching/irritation.
4. Wear loose fitting undergarments to avoid friction in the area.
Maintain good personal hygiene. The lesion should subside gradually.
