Suggest Remedies For A Small Cyst On The Right Ovary

I m 23yrs old.ive got married in 2014.i dnt have children. My periods will be regular . Now I m suffering with severe stomach pain. Ive consulted the doc n she told that I ve small cyst in right ovary which measures 40× 32mm size unilocular cyst. ..... My question is how will I get rid of this cyst?....how manys days will it take?

I understand your concern
Unilocular cyst should be differentiated from the PCOS by reproductive hormone analysis.
Abdominal pain could be related to the cyst and sometime torsion can cause severe pain.
Ovarian cyst above 4cm should be removed surgically and preferably laparoscopically.
Cyst less than 4 cm should be treated by oral contraceptive pill for 3-5 months with regular follow up by USG scan.
But if pain will occur repeatedly then surgery is the best option.
