Suggest Remedies For A Black Eye And Headache

I have a black eye that appeared during the evening. It is on the inside (along the nose) and below the eye. I have not had any trauma not been hit although the eye has been itchy. I was awake when the black eye appeared and it hasn t increased significantly overnight. I have a small headache over the eye.

conjuctival hemorrhage can be due to rupture of conjuctival capillaries due to strain during constipation and chronic cough.it can be controlled if cause is treated other wise it is self limiting. can apply cold compression.
