I completely understand your concern for hormonalacne for past 3 years. First of all congratulations for becoming mother of baby and for enjoying the motherhood.
As you have given birth to a baby, so it is really difficult to give you any oral medications. In yourself at this stage the treatment is possible only by topical creams or gels. This is because you are feeding your baby.
During post pregnancy we never before to give any kind of oral tablets as this can harm you as well as your baby. In your kind of conditions are generally suggest to apply 1 % and adapalene as mean content. These are one of the safest gels which can be applied post pregnancy during feeding of the baby.
I also suggest you to do yoga and relaxing exercises as these are one of the important things to improve your hormonal imbalance without any side effects. Reduction of weight is very important because more of fat and cholesterol causes more hormonal imbalances.
I wish you good glowing skin to yourself.
Take care.
