If non-vegetarian EGG white (boiled) is the best protein (complete) consume 2-3 egg whites per day if you are visiting gym regularly. in addition milk sprouted pulses, chicken (with out skin) are all very good sources. please remember if you take protein alone it is not sufficient... you need to add grean leafy vegetables, fruits and little of carbohydrates tooo . use sunflower / rice bran oil for cooking avoid too much of fried and fast food. hydrate your body weel with water and fruit juices. regarding your cheeks ... it will be alright over a period of 2-3 months,,, if you take enough calories with proteins..
