Hi sir/ madam, after taking the 1St doze of unwanted kit (Mankind),what time are required to come in to the action.Because my wife took 1St doze last night but after 15 hr. no bleeding is observed.Sir tell me how I will confirm, the pregnancy will terminated.Devendra

On POSITIVE test, you have to undergo medical abortion under the guidance of local gynecologist and need complete prescription.
By procedure, at first, you need to take Tab Mifepristone 200mg (ideally 600mg) on D1, after 48 hrs take 2 Tab Misoprostol 200mg in the morning and other 2 tabs need to insert inside vagina under supervision of gynecologist or local doctor.
Never take those medicine by own as may create serious ill health effect like excessive vaginal bleeding etc.
You may need double dose sometimes. Soon after taking Tab Misoprostol, abdominal cramp and vaginal bleeding start within 7 days and next period may be earlier/delayed.
Post pill abortion, you must do a USG lower abdomen to check retained bits/ conceptional products if any. It will also confirm whether abortion completed or not. Lastly, you may need D &C to evacuate uterine cavity completely.
Practice safe sex by using safe period/OCP/ other methods to prevent unwanted pregnancy.
