Suggest prognosis of brain injury causing acute subdural hematoma

My friend was beaten up a few weeks ago and his head was stamped on which caused an acute subdural hematoma. He was left 4 about an hour b4 the ambulance was called but before the got there he d gone into a coma. He had brain surgery but now he s in the vegetative state. Wil he ever come out of this?? He also had to have some of his brain removed because it was in his neck and was just mush..What are his chances..

well as you are telling that brain in the Neck, it is Called Medically as HERNIATION OF BRAIN.
It shows the Impacts over the Head were very very Severe......
The Prognosis in your friend Case is Very Very Poor.
Im Very Very Sorry to Say this that the Chances for your friend to come out from such a Very Serious Critical State is Very Very Less (0.00001%)
I pray that he should be Lucky to come out from such a Very Critical State.

My husband suffered a head injury last year from falling off of a roof. His skull was fractured and he had some bleeding on the brain.
