Hello dear
I understand your concern
You have normal size of ovarian follicle but it was not ruptured by HCG injection.
Sometime if covering is too thick injection will not help to rupture ovarian follicle.
I would suggest to consult gynecologist and undergo Ovarian drilling procedure under USG scan.
Along with this treatment with metformin and progesterone pill also useful
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water, do regular exercise
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
