Suggest Procedure For Reducing Weight

that i may have scarring adhesions from prior hernia surgery, that i need to lose 20 lbs before he consider to do laprocropsy since my weight is 320, but i am in so much pain i take 5.500 hydro for pain, but it only calms it down a little. he says if i get worse then he ll go ahead with the surgery. im also a type 2 diabetic ive seen my dad and my brother suffer with deep tissue abcess, im afraid that could be an issue as well..im tired of suffering, i understand the risks of my being obese, but what else can ii do, im working on losing this weight but i dont think its gonna be soon enough, os help

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The best way to reduce weight is by adopting to a proper proportionate diet and exercise. It is recommend to reduce weight gradually.
Kindly do the following:
1. Eat healthy diet rich in dietary fibre. Avoid intake of foods rich in refined carbohydrates, carbonated water or juices, calorigenic foods, junk foods, fatty foods and supplement with intake of vegetables, complex carbohydrates, moderate quantity of fats and good quantity of proteins. Also include fresh fruits in the diet.
2. Exercise regularly by means of brisk walk daily for about 40 minutes along with other active physical activities such as jogging and swimming.
Gradually, you should start reducing weight.
Adjust the diet as per the needs and exercise regularly by means of periodic monitoring.
