Suggest Precautions To Prevent Further Kidney Damage

hi doctor, i am 30 male, and i m having problem of high blood pressure since last 6 years.
and 6 months before i have gone through my kidney examination and found my right kidney with loss of corico medullary differentiation. I consulted with a MD. I was shocked hearing this that one of my kidney was not working properly. Rest of tests were normal. Createnine level was normal.
Kindly suggest me what precautions should i take to prevent further damage.

Well come to HCM
If your renal function test ate normal then no need to worry but for protecting the kidney from damage the best practice would be drinking too much water, and avoid taking the nephrotoxic drugs, hope this helps.
