Suggest Precaustions Before Conceiving

Hi,



I am 31 yrs old, IT professional, Had miscarriage 6 months back. Should I take any test before I get conceive the next time. Could you please let me know if there are any precautions that I need to take. I do not want to be in such a position again. Please advice

Thank you for asking HCM
It is better to have a physical examination including pelvic examination by a gynecologist.If necessary an ultrasound examination also should be done to find the status of uterus.If your uterus is clean you can concieve.It is also advised to start folic acid tablet 3 months before concieving.It is also good to check thyroid function and hemoglobin level.Hope this may help you.
