Suggest Post-treatment For Knee Replacement

I am 60 yrs old, post total knee replacement 6 weeks post op. I suffer from depression and have some issues with reflux, gout which I take mess for I also take statins and citalapran. Since my op I feel my life revolves around these meds and pain killers which caused v.bad constipation for 12 days, since the GP changed me to tramadole I have had constant loose bowel movement and lack of control, i have also seen some blood in my motions.I have been very sick and find it difficult to eat, can t stand the taste of water, which I usually enjoy. I have stopped my medications until I see the GP but I am now getting constant goose bumps all through my body especially on my wound site and head, it feels like it did when I had shingles on my head, I cannot sleep with the pain of that and my knee and my depression is getting to a point where i just want to stay in bed and wish my leg wasn t t there, it scares me to feel like this.
