Suggest Possible Treatments For Hearing Loss

sir i have treated in a hospital and tymponogram test resulted that my both ears has hearing loss due to the problems of either bones of ear or nerves.doctor said the only remedy is surgery and knowing the problem is due to bones or nerves? if nerves there is no remedy and if bones replacing it by piston and 80% of surgeries hearing increaces, 15% no change will happen and 5% hearing decreases. he also said some times no problems have seen with nerves or bones then nothing can done.if i go with present stage hearing may decreases.my both ears has 75% of hearing and 30years old male. please give me advice me about any advanced treatment or surgery which can cure my hearing.thanks
